Lemon Essential Oil

Referred to as 'the fruit of health' by societies in ancient India, Egypt, and Rome, they used to be grown primarily for their medicinal properties. Today, lemon essential oil is affectionately known as “liquid sunshine”, and many people still use its uplifting properties to combat nausea, infections, and inflammation.

Lemon essential oil is anti-microbial, but not only that it is also an astringent, meaning that it can shrink and tighten pores and leave skin looking brighter. It is particularly helpful for balancing oily skin.

Cedarwood Essential Oil

Used cosmetically on the skin, Cedarwood Essential Oil has a woodsy scent and can help soothe irritation, inflammation, redness, and itchiness, as well as dryness that leads to cracking, peeling, or blistering. It helps regulate sebum production, eliminates acne-causing bacteria, guards the skin against environmental pollutants and toxins, reduces the chances of future breakouts, helps to eliminate unpleasant odors, and reduces the appearance of the signs of aging.

Cedarwood oil can also have a soothing effect on mood, making it beneficial for anxiety, and reducing stress.

Litsea Essential Oil

This essentail oil has a sweet and faint lemony scent and is also known by the name May chang. It has antibacterial and antifungal effects therfore is often used for its hygienic properties. May chang oil is also said to soothe stress and promote easy sleep, and has even been shown to be beneficial for the heart.

Sodium Cocoate (Coconut), Sodium Chloride (Salt), Sodium Olivate (Olive), Glycerin, Aqua, Sodium Castorate (Castor), Parfum, CI 77267 (Charcoal), *Limonene, *Geraniol, *Linalool, *Citronellol.

How to Use:

• Wet the soap under warm water.
• Rub the soap between your hands, or use a loofah or washcloth to create a rich, creamy lather.
• Massage the lather onto your skin using circular motions.
• Rinse thoroughly and enjoy the nourishing, skin-loving benefits.
• Hang to dry using the rope to extend the life of your soap.

💡 Tip: Loop the rope over your wrist while using the soap to keep it secure and prevent it from slipping!

Care Instructions:

• Always hang your soap in a dry, well-ventilated area after use to keep it firm and long-lasting.
• Avoid letting the soap sit in standing water, as this may cause it to soften too quickly.
• Store unused soap in a cool, dry place to maintain its quality and fragrance.
• As with all skincare products, if irritation occurs, discontinue use.

All our soaps are handcrafted and hand-cut, so size, shape, colour and design may vary from bar to bar.

Our ropes are made with 100% recycled cotton and are OEKO-TEK Standard 100, this means that it is tested and certified that the yarn does not contain any harmful substance to human health or the environment. This also includes the requirements for baby articles.

Due to the fact that cotton is a natural material some of the fibres will shed from the rope. The colour of the fibres will be consistent with the colour of the rope which has been used. This does not affect the product in any way.

The first few times that the rope becomes wet it may also bleed the colour onto the soap. This will just wash away and again will not affect the product in its usability.

For external use only: avoid direct eye contact, not for application to the mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
Avoid in case of known allergy to listed ingredients!
